Overview
UKG seeks a Product Manager to lead Agile development teams, manage the product backlog, and drive product vision and roadmap for workforce management solutions.

Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize feature backlog using the Kanban framework.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes aligned with product strategy.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, user story elaboration, and functional demonstrations.
- Support product launch by drafting documentation, mitigating impediments, and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3+ years Product Management experience in the WFM/HCM domain
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, organizational and analytical skills
