Overview
UKG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product execution for their Learning domain, providing clear direction and ownership across the entire software development lifecycle. The role involves leading product teams within Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning domains, requiring strong abilities to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, preferably in the HCM and Learning domain.

Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for HCM Learning capabilities
- Partner with Product Leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Translate product strategy into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iteration execution with engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams operating in AI-assisted development environments
Eligibility
- 4+ years of Product Management experience
- Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning domain expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
