The AI Product Manager will own the full product lifecycle for Billeasy's fintech offerings, leveraging AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy. The role involves market research, PRD creation, backlog management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for PRD writing, research synthesis, competitive analysis, and backlog prioritization
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify fintech pain points in India
- Own the product backlog, translate strategy into PRDs, epics, and user stories, and prioritize features with engineering
- Define KPIs/OKRs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead go‑to‑market strategy with marketing
Eligibility
- 5+ years product management experience, including 2+ years in fintech/payments
- Proven track record of delivering B2C/B2B fintech products in India
- Degree in Engineering, Business (MBA preferred) or related field
