Overview
VisionAI seeks a technically strong, customer-focused Product Manager to build and scale AI-powered applications, agents, and workflow automation solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves owning product strategy, roadmap, and customer discovery while collaborating with engineering, AI, design, sales, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and feature requirements
- Conduct customer discovery to translate enterprise workflow pain points into product opportunities
- Define requirements for AI agents and automated workflows, including testing and evaluation
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans while coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Track product adoption, performance metrics, and business impact to guide continuous improvements
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, AI products, and workflow automation
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI/LLM technologies
