Product Manager (AI Layer)

Overview

YourToken is hiring a Product Manager to build a new AI product layer from the ground up, reporting directly to the C‑suite. The role involves defining vision, creating a proof of concept, and leading an AI team to deliver data‑driven recommendations for e‑commerce merchants.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for the new AI layer
• Translate the vision into a detailed product document and a working proof of concept
• Collaborate with the CEO and C‑suite to align the AI roadmap with company strategy
• Design AI‑driven, data‑backed recommendations that help merchants optimize product usage
• Build and lead a dedicated AI product team and oversee the rollout from POC to early merchant onboarding

Eligibility

• Deep e‑commerce domain expertise (top priority)
• Strong technical acumen and ability to work with engineering on integrations
• Experience taking a product from 0‑to‑1, including defining scope, writing specs, and shipping a POC
• Background in big data, AI/ML, or business intelligence is a strong plus
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment and willing to hire and lead a small product/AI team
