Senior Product Designer

Overview

Bridgetown Research is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft core product experiences for their next phase of growth. The role involves owning the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for the user. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process across discovery, ideation, execution, and delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product to shape product direction and drive execution
• Bring clarity to complex problems, turning them into seamless user experiences
• Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints
• Contribute to and help improve the design system and best practices

Eligibility

• 3-6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer
• Experience in end-to-end product development process
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
