Overview

Senior Product Manager – AI Transformation leading AI-driven product deployments for the US market, translating complex business problems into AI solutions and overseeing end‑to‑end delivery. The role combines product discovery, design, platform‑led solutioning, and close collaboration with engineering and senior US stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive business and product discovery to understand current workflows, data sources, and constraints, and define clear problem statements.
• Own solution definition and product design, including scope, user experience, feature prioritization, prototyping, and roadmap creation.
• Apply first‑principles product judgment, challenge assumptions, and advocate for optimal solutions with customers and internal teams.
• Leverage the enterprise AI platform to configure, extend, or create new capabilities while ensuring platform reuse.
• Manage delivery ownership by coordinating dependencies, reviewing builds, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful deployment.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, enterprise or technology products
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience developing or deploying AI‑led products (GenAI, intelligent workflows, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
