Overview
BlackTeal is seeking its first UI/UX Designer to redesign existing dashboard screens and create new ones for its energy management SaaS platform. The role involves close collaboration with a US product lead and engineering team, with a focus on high‑ownership design work.

Responsibilities
- Redesign existing product screens to improve clarity, usability, and visual quality
- Design new screens and flows as the product's feature set expands
- Collaborate with US‑based product lead and engineering team to translate requirements into production‑ready designs
- Maintain design consistency across a data‑dense, dashboard‑heavy B2B SaaS product
- Leverage AI tools for design exploration while ensuring refined, human‑led final outputs
Eligibility
- Experience in energy, utilities, IoT, or industrial monitoring products (preferred)
- 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience, strong B2B SaaS/dashboard background
