The role is for a Product Manager at U.S. Bancorp India, responsible for driving product vision, planning, development and lifecycle management to meet evolving customer and business needs. The position requires strong cross‑functional collaboration and a data‑driven, customer‑obsessed approach.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet business needs and requirements
- Activate connections between customer experience, digital, technology and business line strategy to define product vision and roadmap
- Define product outcomes and OKRs, prioritize features/epics and drive product discovery, design, development and delivery
- Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle and drive the roadmap leveraging OKRs
- Collaborate with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners to create products and address technical debt

- Product management domain expertise
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree required
