Associate II - Product Design

Overview

The role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible digital products and experiences across multiple platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate user and business needs into scalable design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Human‑Centred and Service Design activities, creating artefacts such as journeys, personas, and service blueprints
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and end‑to‑end experiences for web, mobile, kiosks and emerging interfaces
• Develop visual and interaction designs aligned with brand guidelines, design systems and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Leverage generative AI and emerging tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping and workflow efficiency

Eligibility

• Product, UX/UI, Human‑Centred or Service Design expertise
• 5+ years of professional digital product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Product Design, HCI, Service Design or related discipline
