Associate III - Product Design

Overview

We are seeking a creative Product Designer with strong expertise in Human‑Centred Design and Service Design to create intuitive digital experiences across web, mobile and emerging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design human‑centred digital products prioritising usability, accessibility and customer delight
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, engineers and designers to translate vision into user experiences
• Develop design artifacts such as journeys, personas, service blueprints and interactive prototypes
• Define visual and interaction design across websites, apps, kiosks, wearables and ensure consistency with design systems
• Partner with development teams and leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate design workflow

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Product/Interaction/HCI/Service Design or related field
• 3+ years professional experience in Product/UX/UI or Service Design
• Strong expertise in Human‑Centred Design and Service Design
