Designer III - UX Design - UX Researcher

Overview

The User Researcher role involves planning and conducting UX research, analyzing findings, and collaborating with teams to drive user-centered decisions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a B.Des or M.Des degree. The role is based in Bangalore/Pune and will work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, and competitive analysis
• Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights
• Create personas, journey maps, and research reports
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive user-centered decisions

Eligibility

• B.Des or M.Des degree
• 2-5 years of experience in User Research/UX Research
• Hands-on experience in usability testing, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluation, and market research
