Overview
The Senior UX Designer will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to create customer‑centric procurement solutions for business admins, shaping strategy and design from research through implementation. The role blends tactical design work with strategic product roadmap influence, leveraging AI technologies.

7+ years
Responsibilities
- Facilitate clarification of ambiguous product strategy, requirements and feasibility, guiding stakeholders through design exercises.
- Generate design documentation communicating recommendations, trade‑offs and product direction to leadership.
- Identify risks, communicate issues, and propose short‑term and long‑term solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Mentor team members, provide design feedback, conduct retrospectives and research to influence engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with enterprise account management and foundational services teams to improve account management tools and analytics.
Eligibility
- 7+ years of UX or interaction design experience
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end design solutions for complex, large‑scope projects, preferably B2B or high‑tech products
- Portfolio of work; Master's degree or equivalent in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
