Product Designer I

Overview

The Product Designer I/Associate III designs human‑centred digital products and experiences across web, mobile, kiosks and emerging platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn product vision into scalable design solutions. The role demands strong expertise in HCD, service design, UX/UI, visual design and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HCD and Service Design artefacts such as journeys, personas and service blueprints
• Define interaction and visual design for diverse digital interfaces including web, mobile, kiosks and wearables
• Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mock‑ups, prototypes and production‑ready UI adhering to design systems and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Identify improvement opportunities and incorporate Generative AI and emerging technologies into design workflows

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Service Design, Visual Communication and related fields
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital/product design with strong HCD and Service Design background
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant design discipline
