Product Manager I - Product Owner

Overview

The role is for a Product Owner specializing in TriZetto FACETS within the US Healthcare Payer domain, located in Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, or Kochi. The candidate will manage product backlog, roadmap, and delivery across multiple FACETS modules while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product backlog, roadmap, release plans and priorities
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and UAT activities
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, QA, Operations and Agile teams to drive delivery
• Support production issue prioritization and ensure alignment with healthcare processes and regulatory requirements

Eligibility

• US Healthcare Payer domain expertise
• 12+ years IT/Healthcare experience with 5+ years as Product Owner/Manager
• Hands‑on experience with TriZetto FACETS modules (Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Product Configuration)
