Technical Product Owner

Overview

The role is for a Product Owner responsible for defining and delivering a platform for global clinical trials, collaborating with business, engineering, and UX teams to translate complex challenges into valuable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather objectives, workflows, and success metrics and act as liaison across business, engineering, architecture, and UX
• Lead product discovery activities including user research, journey mapping, workshops, and translate insights into PRDs, epics, and prioritized initiatives
• Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, refine items, and ensure efficient agile delivery through sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
• Facilitate cross‑functional solution design, manage risks, dependencies, release planning, and support UAT and post‑launch validation
• Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Cursor to accelerate documentation, backlog refinement, and improve team productivity

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials or regulated environments
• 5‑12 years of experience in Product Ownership/Product Management, Agile/Scrum environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering with 5+ years experience OR MBA with 3+ years experience in product roles
