Overview
Valtech is hiring a UX Designer in Bangalore to lead end‑to‑end user experience work, from discovery through design and validation. The role focuses on creating user‑centric solutions for large‑scale digital products.
Experience
5-8 years
Responsibilities
- Lead UX activities across projects from discovery to final experience design.
- Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, journey mapping, personas, and usability testing.
- Define information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and validate concepts with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, product owners and business stakeholders to ensure UX intent is delivered.
- Contribute to design systems, UX standards and continuously improve experiences based on feedback.
