Design Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Design Manager who can balance hands-on design execution with project management and team coordination, responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work. The ideal candidate is highly organized, design-focused, proactive, and comfortable leading projects while contributing to UX, UI, branding, and conceptual design initiatives. The role requires experience in managing multiple projects, leading design teams, and optimizing internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to delivery
• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and Gantt charts
• Allocate resources effectively across projects and teams
• Lead UX and UI design projects from concept to final delivery
• Establish, refine, and improve internal workflows and processes

Eligibility

• 4+ years of design experience
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Design
• Prior experience managing or leading a design team
