Overview
The role leads product strategy and lifecycle management for HMI and communication card offerings, driving roadmap definition, market expansion, and cross‑functional execution globally.

3+ yrs product management, 8+ yrs total
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the multi‑year global product roadmap and portfolio strategy for HMI offerings.
- Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch, market expansion, and end‑of‑life.
- Monitor global market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize product requirements, creating PRDs and user stories for engineering teams.
- Align development pace and launch timelines with cross‑functional global teams across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and services.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in industrial automation, hardware, or critical infrastructure.
- Minimum 3+ years product management experience and 8+ years overall in related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science) required; MBA or equivalent business experience a plus.
