Senior Manager, Product Senior Management

Overview

The Platform Product Manager will define and own the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy. This role drives delivery of shared platform capabilities while collaborating with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the platform product roadmap and prioritize investments based on business value and technical requirements.
• Translate business and technical needs into product requirements, user stories, and manage the platform backlog for Agile delivery.
• Lead the evolution of shared platform capabilities such as APIs, identity management, workflow orchestration, data services, developer tooling, and AI-enabled automation.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies, manage delivery risks, and monitor platform performance to continuously improve capabilities.
• Communicate platform strategy, priorities, and outcomes to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and drive adoption across the organization.

Eligibility

• Product Management expertise in software/platform or enterprise technology environments
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering technical products, managing roadmaps and backlogs, and working with engineering teams in Agile settings
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)
