- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for compliance technology platforms
- Lead transformation of Fin Crime systems by enhancing core compliance applications
- Drive cross-functional execution to deliver scalable compliance solutions
- Collaborate across multiple teams including engineering, operations, compliance, and business units
- Guide multi-functional teams through strategic and tactical decisions
Eligibility
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree
- Experience in product management, product ownership, business process analysis, or sales operations
- Experience applying Agile principles and managing complex projects
