Feature Owner – Diagnostics, Bootloader and Network

Overview

The role entails end-to-end ownership of a feature, working with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, and managing the implementation. The focus is on Instrument cluster, displays, and Electrification products, with a strong emphasis on software requirements and quality. The role involves feature planning, tracking, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Feature planning, tracking, change, and defect management
• Leading the definition of work packages and establishing plans according to project milestones
• Negotiating with customers on technical requirements and delivery timing
• Estimating efforts for software requirements
• Managing change requests and defects
• Developing SOW and managing work packages for third-party features

Eligibility

• Experienced in embedded software development and Agile/ASPICE processes
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR Architecture and components
• Experience with automotive communication protocols
• Strong knowledge of ISO and SAE diagnostics standards
