STAFF, PRODUCT MANAGER

Overview

The role is a Staff Product Manager on Walmart Global Tech’s Shopping Experience team, responsible for shaping product strategy and delivering user‑centric e‑commerce solutions at scale. You will lead end‑to‑end product development, collaborate with engineering, design and data teams, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap and execution strategy for high‑impact shopping experiences
• Own product areas end‑to‑end from opportunity identification to delivery and measurement
• Partner with design, engineering, data and business leaders to create scalable, user‑centric features
• Leverage data, customer insights and experimentation to prioritize opportunities and validate impact
• Manage cross‑functional dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams

Eligibility

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with complex customer‑facing digital products
• Experience owning end‑to‑end product lifecycle and running large‑scale experiments
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (or Master’s degree with 2+ years of product management experience)
