Overview

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to drive the transformation agenda, shaping the roadmap, governance, implementation, and scaling of next-generation AI/GenAI capabilities. The role involves leading or participating in complex functions within the digital environment and contributing to large-scale planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in transformation, product management, and AI solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in complex functions within the digital environment
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
• Review and analyze complex content strategy, customer experience, analytics, and product management
• Independently resolve complex issues and lead teams to meet project deliverables
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Eligibility

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, product management, business analysis, and AI solution delivery
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes
• Deep knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking products, workflows, and asset classes
