Overview

The role focuses on conducting user research and translating insights into sitemaps, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using design‑thinking principles. It requires close collaboration with clients and project teams to deliver user‑centered digital product designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, market analysis and synthesize insights
• Create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes applying design thinking
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to align designs with client expectations
• Iterate designs based on client feedback and conduct user‑testing to refine prototypes
• Deliver final UI designs and mock‑ups for development ensuring usability and quality

Eligibility

• UX/UI design and product design expertise
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
