Job Description
Overview
WorkIndia is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive end-to-end experiences for millions of job seekers and employers across mobile and web platforms. The role involves user research, design, testing, and collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to drive impactful hiring outcomes.
Experience
3–5 years
Responsibilities
- Understand user and business problems, challenge briefs, and define high-impact problems
- Design end-to-end mobile and web experiences, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI
- Build and evolve reusable patterns within WorkIndia’s design system and ensure scalability across users and geographies
- Conduct usability testing, incorporate feedback, and iterate based on data and funnel metrics
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers, communicate design rationale, and maintain design intent through development
Eligibility
- Product/UX design expertise with 3–5 years of experience and a strong portfolio
- Experience in marketplace, consumer internet, or two-sided products (preferred) and working with design systems
