Overview
WorkIndia is seeking a Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead employer acquisition within the Hunting charter, focusing on growth, conversion, and user experience. The role involves defining product roadmaps, running experiments, and collaborating across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and drive growth, retention, UX, and funnel performance.
- Translate user insights and business goals into scalable product improvements and experiments.
- Write clear PRDs, design and run A/B tests, and ensure high-quality execution with engineering and design.
- Own product metrics end-to-end, using data to prioritize and measure impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, CX, sales, and marketing to ship and scale products.
Eligibility
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience in marketplace or consumer internet products (preferred)
- Proven track record of designing and running end-to-end A/B experiments
