Overview
The Head of Platform Design & Experience will lead Platform Product Management and UX across YOTTA's cloud platform portfolio, translating strategy into execution and driving organisational maturity. This role oversees roadmap governance, team development, and platform usability for enterprise-scale services.
Experience
15+ yrs
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of the platform roadmap covering cloud, AI infrastructure, orchestration, marketplace and services
- Drive prioritisation, dependency management, release coordination and execution visibility across platforms
- Mentor and grow Product Managers and UX professionals, establishing career frameworks and operating standards
- Define and monitor KPIs for roadmap delivery, release health, adoption and operational efficiency
- Establish scalable governance, planning, review and release management frameworks to improve predictability
Eligibility
- 15+ years experience in Product Management, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Software, Cloud Infrastructure or UX Leadership
- Prior experience leading Product Management and UX/Product Design teams
- Experience in infrastructure‑heavy or engineering‑led organisations
