Overview
Zendesk is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design for critical Product-Led Growth initiatives, focusing on high-visibility work that directly impacts conversion and monetization. The role is based in Pune and requires working from the office at least 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms and familiarity with customer experience solutions.

- Own the design of business-critical customer journeys
- Embrace a rapid prototyping mindset and ship designs quickly to learn from user interactions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Designers to turn ideas into real experiences
- Drive experimentation and funnel optimization to reduce friction in the 'trial-to-paid' journey
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to balance design ideals with technical feasibility and business timelines
Eligibility
- 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proven experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG), funnel optimization, or monetization
- Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking
