Senior Product Manager, Agent CRM

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Follow Up Boss, Zillow's real‑estate CRM, responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of core product areas and driving AI‑enabled features. Works closely with customers, engineering, design, and data science to shape strategy, ship incremental improvements, and lead launches.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the assigned product area.
• Engage with agents and team leaders to uncover workflows and translate insights into clear problem statements and priorities.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Codex, Replit) with engineering, design, and data science to prototype and ship product increments.
• Partner with marketing, sales, support, and customer success to launch features and gather post‑launch feedback.
• Analyze data and experiments to iterate on product decisions and drive business outcomes.

Eligibility

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Proven track record of owning a product area end‑to‑end and shipping impactful features.
• Technical ability to collaborate with engineers on AI systems and data pipelines.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and hypothesis testing.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with experience in B2B SaaS/CRM preferred.
