Overview
The Senior Product Manager leads the Product Life Cycle and contributes to research & development activities for Insurtech products/platforms. The individual will work with Zinnia's Product Organization to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy and vision. The role involves leading technical discussions, managing technical/business requirements, and mentoring a team of Product Managers.

Responsibilities
- Lead execution of product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products/platforms
- Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams and manage technical/business requirements
- Determine product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases
- Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers and act as a technical consultant to the product organization
- Ensure technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is aligned with product/business road map
Eligibility
- 9+ years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field
- Strong Background of working as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner/Business Analyst
