Overview
Adobe is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of the Firefly Enterprise Engine Studio plug‑in ecosystem, creating intuitive, scalable experiences across Adobe applications and third‑party platforms such as Figma. The role focuses on building end‑to‑end plug‑in workflows, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and developer adoption.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop core elements of the Firefly and GenStudio plug‑in experience, including discovery, installation, configuration, and lifecycle management
- Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate customer and developer feedback into scalable UX patterns
- Create wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that align with Adobe’s design system and accessibility standards
- Ensure uniformity of plug‑in experiences across Adobe applications and external platforms
- Contribute to shared UX pattern libraries and documentation to maintain consistency across integrations
Eligibility
- 8+ years of product, systems, or interaction design experience
- Proven experience designing platforms, SDKs, plug‑ins, or enterprise tools
- Hands‑on proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards is a plus
