Senior Product Designer responsible for enhancing customer experience across web and mobile platforms, leading UX/UI design, research, and product strategy while collaborating directly with the founder.

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design from concept to execution for web and mobile, including product strategy, user research, and UI design.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to define metrics, iterate designs, and achieve product goals.
- Conduct market and customer research to create personas, inform design decisions, and develop a cohesive design system.
- Produce high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma and validate designs through analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, Amplitude) and UAT testing.
- Create digital assets for branding, social media, and blog content, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with geospatial/AI focus.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of product UX design experience
- 2+ years of user research (interviews, heatmaps, surveys)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
