Overview
The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap and growth of Airtel Payments Bank's Current Account portfolio, driving product innovation and customer adoption across the account lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Current Account product strategy, roadmap and portfolio growth
- Design and optimize end‑to‑end customer journeys including acquisition, onboarding, servicing and retention
- Define business requirements, create PRDs/BRDs and oversee end‑to‑end product development and go‑live readiness
- Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance and analytics teams to ensure seamless, compliant customer experiences
- Monitor portfolio performance and key metrics to continuously enhance product offerings
Eligibility
- Deep expertise in current account products, liabilities and digital banking
- 5+ years in product management within banking, fintech or financial services, with experience in RBI/KYC/AML compliance
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing, Finance or related field preferred
