Overview
The Senior Product Manager – Technical leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of tax technology products, translating complex tax requirements into scalable software solutions. This role collaborates cross‑functionally to drive product vision, launch plans, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the tax product portfolio.
- Capture and translate complex tax regulations and customer needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, design, and subject‑matter experts throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage end‑to‑end product development, including launch planning, tracking milestones, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Establish KPIs, monitor product performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in tax technology/FinTech product management
- Experience owning roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and engineering decision discussions
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Proven ability to advocate for diverse stakeholder groups at executive level
