Overview
Senior Product Manager - Tech at Amazon Health Services One Medical, leading strategy and execution for platforms that ingest, normalize, and surface customer‑generated and third‑party health data to improve care outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and multi‑year roadmap for health data ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and clinical surfacing
- Translate regulatory constraints (HIPAA, FHIR/HL7, consent) into actionable product requirements
- Design and own metrics framework for data quality, completeness, and clinical utility
- Collaborate with clinical, compliance, privacy, and engineering partners to deliver solutions
- Partner with applied scientists and engineers to set success criteria for data reconciliation and ML‑driven insight generation
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in healthcare data and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FHIR/HL7)
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering technical products
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in a quantitative/technical field preferred
