Overview
The Senior Product Manager – Technical will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a tax product suite within the FinTech Tax Technology team, translating complex tax regulations into scalable software solutions. The role collaborates cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and subject‑matter experts to drive product development and market adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the tax product portfolio
- Capture and translate complex tax requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Drive alignment and manage end‑to‑end product development across cross‑functional teams
- Build and communicate comprehensive product launch plans, tracking milestones and risks
- Own customer engagement, establish KPIs, and lead continuous improvement of product performance
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in tax technology or FinTech product management
- Experience owning product roadmaps, delivering features, and influencing engineering decisions
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and experience with technical product development
