Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of Voice AI Agents for large consumer enterprises, ensuring mission-critical engagement
- Design and optimize enterprise-grade agents by mapping workflows, writing and testing prompt logic, and collaborating with engineering
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, address technical challenges, and tailor agents
- Partner with VP and C-level executives to define AI roadmap, align deployments with strategic goals, and measure impact
- Own a portfolio of enterprise deployments end-to-end, driving adoption, expansion, and feeding feedback into product and engineering
Eligibility
- Experience in AI implementation, product management, strategy consulting, or solutions engineering (2-5 years)
- Strong technical acumen in AI agent design and prompt writing
- Preferred background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical education
