Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of a restaurant technology platform, driving roadmap, launch and iteration while working with global engineering and customers. The role offers real scope, customer exposure and influence on architectural and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmap, prioritization, launch, and post‑launch iteration for a defined area of the restaurant operating system.
• Manage direct customer relationships and integration partners, handling scope, timelines, and trade‑offs.
• Create clear, decision‑oriented PRDs and guide engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across the US and India, including engineering leads, sales engineering, and customer success.
• Make data‑driven decisions, pulling metrics and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in enterprise SaaS, POS or payments.
• 6‑10 years product management experience with at least one 0‑to‑1 launch or 10‑to‑100 scaling journey.
