Overview
Senior Product Manager for Cvent's Hospitality Cloud team, responsible for end‑to‑end product ownership, AI‑first strategy, and cross‑functional delivery. Drives roadmap, outcomes and stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmap tied to OKRs, driving measurable outcomes
- Lead problem and solution discovery while embedding AI considerations throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage go‑to‑market readiness, launch, adoption measurement and post‑release iteration
- Oversee delivery accountability, sprint hygiene, third‑party vendor integrations and platform health metrics
- Influence and align cross‑functional stakeholders including Sales, CS, Engineering, UX and leadership
Eligibility
- 9-12 years total experience with 5+ years in SaaS product management
- Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered products and working with AI tools
