Overview
The Senior Product Manager – Technical will own the vision and execution of Alexa Smart Properties' enterprise console and integrations, enabling staff to manage content, gain real‑time insights, and engage customers. This role combines product strategy, AI‑driven innovation, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver scalable B2B solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and feature delivery for the enterprise console and third‑party integrations.
- Create and manage content management capabilities such as menus, events, promotions, alerts, and contacts for staff users.
- Leverage Generative AI to accelerate prototyping, specifications, documentation, and insight generation.
- Collaborate with engineering, science, design, finance, legal, and business partners to align on priorities and technical decisions.
- Establish KPIs, monitor adoption and customer satisfaction, and conduct market, competitive, and user research.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering technical products or online services
- Ability to represent and advocate for diverse customer and stakeholder groups in executive planning
