Overview
The role is a Product Manager focused on the cloud‑native persistence and messaging layer of Appian Cloud, driving the roadmap and delivery of infrastructure upgrades to ensure reliability and scalability. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and ship backend services such as S3 and Redis.

Responsibilities
- Prioritize, define and deliver infrastructure and managed‑services features on a strategic roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders and incorporate customer feedback to shape product vision
- Lead technical design sessions, create architecture diagrams and define feature implementations
- Manage sprint and release backlogs, write detailed specifications and oversee release processes
- Track adoption, analyze impact and own features through documentation, go‑to‑market and bug prioritisation
Eligibility
- 3+ years product management or engineering experience in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical background in cloud‑native infrastructure, availability, scalability, resiliency and security
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
