Technical Product Manager

Overview

The role focuses on developing and managing data-driven product solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations, translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering end‑to‑end solutions. It involves close collaboration with engineering, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to drive agile product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and business processes to enhance manufacturing and supply chain agility and inform strategic decisions.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap based on measurable business outcomes and stakeholder input.
• Translate business goals into technical product requirements and work with software engineers to design scalable data pipelines.
• Own delivery of technical solutions, identify risks early, and serve as the single point of contact for the product across teams.
• Build consensus across competing priorities, manage the product lifecycle, and lead agile development from design through pilot.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in quantitative fields, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or systems engineering.
• 4+ years experience developing software or business intelligence tools in a user‑centric agile environment, with statistics/AI‑ML knowledge.
• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent.
