Conversation Designer [AQ-21899]

Overview

The role is a senior Content Designer focused on creating and managing conversational experiences for chat interfaces. You will define voice, structure, and accessibility of digital dialogues to enhance user understanding and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage chat content, including dialogue, prompts, error messages, and navigation.
• Develop content strategies, information architecture, and define voice and tone aligned with brand and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with conversation designers, product managers, developers, and legal teams to deliver conversational experiences.
• Conduct content audits, identify gaps, and refine content based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain and evolve digital content guidelines, standards, tools, and processes.

Eligibility

• Authorized to work in the United States
• No sponsorship required for the assignment
• W-2 employment only (C2C or 1099 not permitted)
• Minimum 5 years experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing
• Portfolio showcasing conversational design work
