Overview

A highly skilled digital design leader will drive strategic initiatives to create premium, storytelling‑driven e‑commerce experiences, overseeing agency teams and ensuring brand consistency. The role focuses on high‑fidelity interactive designs, rapid prototyping, and innovative use of AI tools to shape the future of digital commerce globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high‑fidelity designs for interactive digital experiences from concept through final implementation
• Provide oversight and guidance to an agency design team to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency
• Create engaging teaser pages, detailed product pages, sizing guides, and category landing pages to enhance user engagement
• Produce cross‑channel launch assets and integrate new categories into global navigation, storefront modules, and ribbon tiles
• Utilize rapid prototyping and explore AI design tools to efficiently test user flows and accelerate design output

Eligibility

• Proven experience as a digital designer with a strong portfolio
• Demonstrated leadership in applying design craft within an established design system
• Ability to build proactive, collaborative relationships with creative, UX, and engineering leads
