Overview

Join athenahealth’s Clinicals division as a Product Manager overseeing a defined product area, driving strategy, roadmap, and AI-enabled features for healthcare providers. The role collaborates with engineering, data science, design, and cross‑functional teams to deliver safe, trustworthy mobile and SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategy and roadmap for the assigned area
• Prioritize backlog, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design to shape AI‑enabled features and ensure responsible AI use
• Conduct product discovery, market and customer research, and evaluate build‑versus‑buy decisions
• Monitor product performance post‑release, support launch, adoption, and continuous improvement

Eligibility

• Product management expertise in healthcare or health technology
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in Agile environments
• Bachelor’s degree; degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or related field preferred
