Job Description
Overview
Lead the product vision, development and execution for Medha Analytics platform, defining scope, requirements and driving user‑facing solutions while collaborating with data engineering and business teams. The role also evangelizes the technical platform across the organization and ensures alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Define and lead overall product vision, scope, and usability of end‑user products on the Medha Analytics Platform
- Prioritize and guide product feature development in partnership with data engineering, functional, and business users
- Define, communicate and analyze success metrics, incorporate user feedback and market trends
- Propose solutions for complex problems, manage trade‑offs and coordinate dependencies across teams
- Drive transparency, project governance and ensure product alignment with business objectives
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in product management and advanced analytics/data platforms
- Minimum 4 years experience in technical product management and at least 3 years in analytics tech stack (ETL, data visualization, data science)
- Education: PGDM from a leading institute and B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline
