Product Owner

Overview

The role is for a Product Owner who will drive the delivery of features and enhancements on a healthcare claims administration platform, translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories. The candidate will work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams using Agile practices and AI‑enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and conduct backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Gather and refine product requirements with stakeholders and use AI tools to create epics, themes, and user stories
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA teams, and development squads to ensure alignment and clear acceptance criteria
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to capture feedback, communicate backlog priorities and delivery timelines
• Apply healthcare claims workflow knowledge and ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA during product development

Eligibility

• Healthcare claims domain knowledge
• 2+ years product management experience (healthcare technology preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or a related field
