Overview
Okta is seeking a Product Manager for its Product Platform to build a new backup and recovery capability for identity objects, delivering a self‑service experience for IT admins. The role partners with engineering, field, and product teams and operates globally with a focus on India‑based delivery.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long‑term vision and strategy for Okta's resilience and backup/recovery roadmap.
- Design a self‑service recovery center enabling customers to track and revert deletions across the Okta ecosystem.
- Collaborate with India‑based engineering scrum teams to deliver a high‑performance, scalable solution.
- Translate complex stakeholder requirements into precise technical specifications.
- Analyze enterprise resilience needs, validate hypotheses with experiments, and influence platform improvements.
Eligibility
- 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise‑scale SaaS or core software infrastructure.
- Experience with backup/recovery tools and deep familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols.
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical background; advanced degree a plus.
