Product Manager, Doctor Experience

Overview

Product Manager for Doctor Experience at Elevate Now, responsible for owning and improving the doctor‑facing tools that enable clinicians to review patient data, make decisions, and coordinate care. The role aims to increase consult efficiency, reduce admin time, and boost doctor satisfaction and member outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for doctor‑facing products including consult workflow, patient records, prescriptions, follow‑ups and care plans
• Spend regular time with physicians to observe workflows, gather pain points and translate them into clear product requirements
• Create unified, actionable views of member data such as blood diagnostics, CGM readings, symptoms and progress to support faster clinical decisions
• Reduce documentation friction through smart defaults, templates, automation and AI assistance
• Define and track metrics like consult duration, doctor utilisation, documentation time, follow‑up completion rate and doctor NPS, partnering with engineering, design and data teams to iterate

Eligibility

• 3+ years product management experience, preferably in healthtech or clinical workflow products
• Hands‑on experience building tools for doctors or clinicians (e.g., EMR, telemedicine, consult platforms)
